Erasmus+ 2026: Online information sessions and on-site application support workshops

The Erasmus+ National Agency for Education and Training will organise a series of online information sessions and on-site application support workshops for the Erasmus+ Programme.

These initiatives aim to clarify funding opportunities, present application requirements, and strengthen technical support for teams intending to submit proposals under Key Action 1 (KA1), Key Action 2 (KA2) and other strands of the programme.

Online Information Sessions

During the first half of January and early February, dedicated online sessions will be held for each Key Action.

School Education (SCH), Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Adult Education (ADU):

  • KA122 – 08/01/2026, 10:30–12:30
  • KA210 and KA220 – 08/01/2026, 14:30–16:30
  • KA121 – 06/02/2026, 10:30–12:30

Higher Education:

  • KA1 – 08/01/2026, 10:30–12:30
  • KA2 – 08/01/2026, 14:30–16:30

Registration for each session is available via the respective online forms published on the Agency’s website.

Online Application Support Sessions

Additional online technical support sessions are scheduled for higher education institutions wishing to explore specific aspects of the application process in greater depth:

  • KA1 – 06/02/2026, 10:30–12:30
  • KA2 – 27/02/2026, 14:30–16:30

Erasmus Hours

(No registration required)

Participants may also attend the “Erasmus Hours” sessions, designed as short information moments without the need for prior registration:

  • KA121 – 11/02/2026, 15:00–16:00
  • KA122 – 12/02/2026, 15:00–16:00
  • KA210 – 25/02/2026, 15:00–16:00
  • KA220 – 27/02/2026, 15:00–16:00

Taking place in several locations across the country throughout January, the on-site workshops provide direct contact with Erasmus+ support teams and specialised advisors:

Porto – Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Porto

  • 16/01/2026 – KA1: 10:00–13:00 | KA2: 14:30–17:00

Azores – University of the Azores

  • 21/01/2026 – KA1: 10:00–13:00 | KA2: 14:30–17:00

Madeira – Madeira School of Hospitality and Tourism
