CBIOS, Research Unit of Lusófona University, mentioned in The Times magazine

Professor Patrícia Rijo from CBIOS (Research Centre for Biosciences & Health Technologies), Lusófona University, is supervising research into the chemical composition and biological properties of Centauri Honey as part of a PhD project.

Centauri Honey (Ahmet Eren Cakir) originates from a mountain cave 2,500 metres above sea level, in the Black Sea region, and was mentioned in The Times by Richard Askwith for its remarkable medicinal attributes. In 2021, Guinness World Records honoured it as the most valuable honey.
