Lusófona University submits 65 applications to Erasmus+ and Jean Monnet programs
Lusófona University continues to uphold its commitment to internationalization and academic excellence through the submission of applications to leading European programs, namely Erasmus+ and Jean Monnet.
In total, 65 applications were submitted, covering different actions and areas of intervention: 9 applications under action KA220 (SCH, ADU, VET, and SCH), 3 applications under action KA210, and 31 applications under action KA220 in the Higher Education sector (HED), all within the March 2026 call. In addition, there are 18 applications to other Erasmus+ actions, 3 applications to Erasmus Mundus, and 1 application to the Jean Monnet program.
Erasmus+, including initiatives such as Erasmus Mundus, continues to play a central role in promoting academic excellence, innovation, and international cooperation. Meanwhile, the Jean Monnet program aims to strengthen teaching and research in the field of European studies.
The strong participation of Lusófona University in these programs highlights a consistent strategy to reinforce international partnerships, promote academic mobility, and develop innovative projects with global impact, creating new opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers.
