The Research Group in Sports Behavior, Physical Education, and Exercise and Health Sciences (CIDEFES), Lusófona University's Research and Development Unit, has achieved an FCT-Tenure position.
FCT-Tenure is a new FCT funding instrument designed to promote the hiring of PhDs exclusively for permanent positions.
It is intended that the FCT-Tenure programme will be published every two years and that it will be a central instrument both in the professional stabilization of researchers and their lines of research, and in the creation of a more attractive and sustainable career horizon for researchers in the early stages of their careers.
In this first edition, CIDEFES won an Assistant Researcher position in the scientific area of Sport Sciences.
