Internal Training
Seed Funding Program (8th edition)
On October 7, at 3:00 p.m., ILIND is organizing the training session “Seed Funding Program (8th edition).”
Seed Funding is an internal ILIND competition designed to support exploratory, innovative, and interdisciplinary research projects led by researchers with doctoral degrees who are affiliated with the Research Units (UI&Ds) and Research Hubs of UI& funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and Autonomous Research Groups (GIA)—not funded by the FCT—at ULusófona, as well as at the Research Center of the Lusophone Polytechnic Institute (IPLuso).
During the training session, moderated by Science Manager Diana Costa, the main rules of the competition will be presented, as well as the key changes introduced in this 8th edition compared to the previous one. All stages of the competition will also be presented, using the corresponding fact sheet, from the opening to the conclusion of the process, along with key information regarding the budget and eligible expenses.
The goal is to provide a clear and practical overview of the call for proposals, enabling researchers to understand the requirements, the steps involved, and the key considerations when preparing their applications.
