On November 19th, at 10:00 AM in room S.0.10, ILIND will host the training session "How to Prepare an Application: Structure, Planning, and Consortium II".

Continuing from the previous session, this training delves deeper into the stages of strategic planning and consortium building, addressing essential practical and methodological aspects for preparing competitive applications. Techniques for work organization, task and resource management, defining deliverables and realistic timelines will be explored, as well as best practices for coordination between partners and effective communication within the consortium.

Combining theoretical frameworks and practical exercises, this session aims to strengthen participants' skills in structuring solid, collaborative proposals aligned with the objectives and requirements of the calls.

The goal is to ensure that each application is strategic, coherent, competitive, and aligned with the call requirements, increasing the chances of project success.
