On October 29 at 10:00 a.m., in room S.0.11, ILIND will host the training session “How to Prepare a Proposal: Structure, Planning, and Consortium I.”

This training aims to equip researchers and project teams with the skills to develop solid, well-structured proposals — from the initial analysis of the call to the final submission. Throughout the session, participants will be guided through each essential stage of the project development process: defining the core idea, building the consortium, assigning roles and tasks, preparing detailed work plans, defining deliverables and realistic timelines, creating a sound budget, reviewing and ensuring coherence of the proposal, and finally, ensuring timely submission.
The training combines theoretical concepts with practical exercises, allowing participants to immediately apply the principles presented. The goal is to ensure that each proposal is strategic, coherent, competitive, and aligned with the call’s requirements, thereby increasing the project’s chances of success.
Registration can be completed through the Staff Portal.
