On 27 May 2025 at 3:00 p.m., ILIND is organising the training session “COARA & HRS4R”.
This session, delivered by Diana Dias, Pro-Rector for Science and Innovation at Universidade Lusófona, aims to present the key principles and commitments of the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (COARA) and the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) process. The training will explore the implications of these initiatives for research institutions, particularly in promoting more transparent, inclusive, and merit-based practices, as well as aligning with the values of the European Research Area. The session will also provide guidance on the steps for joining and implementing HRS4R, highlighting benefits, challenges, and good practices observed in European institutions.
This is an internal training session and is open to the entire Ensino Lusófona academic community. Although attendance is free of charge, registration via the Staff Portal is mandatory.
